Formulation features:

50 % – 70 % recycled PVC from the production process (post-industrial)

50 % – 30 % of components according to the required modification: virgin PVC
powder, stabilisers, fillers, plasticisers, and other additives

Testing of PVC compounds in our fully equipped laboratory

The final certified PVC compound EKOTRENDVinyl-Hybrid is part of a closed-loop material

Quality is our top priority

We have a modern laboratory equipped with technologies for comprehensive testing of PVC material properties and quality.

Our goal is to provide customers with materials that meet the highest industry standards.

Among other equipment, we utilize the DSQ II – Single Quadrupole GC/MS, which allows for a detailed analysis of material composition,
including the identification and quantification of plasticizers.

Thanks to this technology, we can ensure not only quality control but also compliance with required standards,
such as ČSN EN 14372 for safety and hygiene requirements.

GRS Certification (Global Recycled Standard)

In 2024, our parent company, EKOTREND Ludky s.r.o. obtained the Global Recycled Standard (GRS) certification, which verifies the declared proportion of recycled material, primarily from flooring (post-consumer material).

This certification guarantees:

Traceability of recycled materials throughout the production process.

Compliance with the environmental, social, and chemical requirements of GRS.

Responsible use of resources and support for the circular economy.

We are part of the GRS-certified supply chain and work closely with suppliers and manufacturers of flooring materials to minimise our carbon footprint.
